Itinerary Details


Day 01 : Ahmedabad (Arrival)

  • As you arrive in Ahmedabad, our representative will greet you and you will be transferred to your pre-booked hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 : Ahmedabad

  • After breakfast, visit the Calico Museum displaying a huge collection of textiles as old as those used during 15th to 19th centuries. Galleries here house tie-dyed textiles and religious textiles. Next visit the Swaminarayan Temple- the oldest temple of Swaminarayan. Next on the itinerary is the grand Akshardham Temple (Gandhinagar). This spiritual temple is devoted to devotion, education and unification. Its art and architecture are unique and make it stand out. Adalaj Stepwell is your next stop which is a ‘water building’ with a five story well belonging to the 15th century.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Ahmedabad - Dasada

  • After breakfast, get ready for Dasada. En route stop at Modhera- known for the very old Sun Temple. This temple is dedicated to Hindu’s Sun God.
  • Your next stop is Patan, an ancient fortified city dotted with temples, mosques and other structures.
  • As you arrive in Dasada, check in at Rann Riders. In the afternoon, leave for little Rann of Kutch in jeep. Sprawling over 7,505.22 square kilometres, Rann of Kutch is one of the largest salt deserts in the world.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04 : Dasada - Bhuj

  • After breakfast, get ready for a drive to Bhuj. En-route, permit license for visiting Banni Village (for foreigners) will be collected. As you reach Bhuj, you will be treated with some astonishing attractions like Pragmahal Palace, Aina Mahal, Bhujio Hill and Hamirsar Lake.
  • Later you check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 05 : Bhuj 

  • After breakfast, visit the villages of Banni showcasing the fervour of Gujarati cultures and traditions. ?The villages are extremely colourful with local handicrafts and traditional attires.
  • Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 06 : Bhuj - Rajkot

  • Upon breakfast, take a drive to Rajkot. On the way, stop at Morbi and Wankaner- known for their incredible European architecture and cultural wonders.
  • You will reach Rajkot by afternoon where you will check into your hotel. Rest for a while and then you proceed for a sightseeing tour to Rotary Doll Museum displaying thousands of traditional and ethnic dolls.
  • Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 07 : Rajkot - Sasangir

  • After breakfast, check out and leave for Gir National Park also known as Sasan Gir. En-route, stop at Shri Jalaram Bappa temple for Darshan and also enjoy a trip to Junagarh to explore Uparkot Fort constructed by Chandra Gupt Maurya and Mahaprabhuji’s Baithak.
  • Arrive at Sasan Gir by late evening and check in to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Somnath

Day 8 : Sasangir - Somnath - Diu

  • After breakfast, get ready for a wildlife Safari to Sasangir National park. This wildlife sanctuary near Talala Gir is the only area in Asia where Asiatic lions are found. Take a jeep safari through this exciting National Park to spot majestic looking lions.
  • In the afternoon, take a drive to Diu. On the way, stop in Somnath known for housing the famous Somnath temple. It is among the twelve jyotirlinga shrines of Shiva and is visited by thousands of pilgrims every year.
  • As you reach Diu, check in to hotel and stay overnight. .
  • PS: Sasan Gir National Park is closed from 15 June to 15 October.

Day 9 : Diu

  • After breakfast, you will spend a day exploring Diu. Visit its local markets and famous beaches like Nagoa Beach.
  • Return to the hotel late in the evening and stay overnight.

Day 10 : Diu - Bhavnagar

  • Wake up to a beautiful beach view as you take a stroll along one of the nearby beaches to your hotel. Return to your hotel for breakfast and then leave for Bhavnagar.
  • As you reach Bhavnagar, check in to hotel room and stay overnight.

Day 11 : Bhavnagar - Palitana - Baroda (Vadodara)

  • After breakfast, get ready for a drive to Baroda. En-route, stop at Palitana where you will visit Shatrunjaya Temple for Darshan which is a popular Jain's sacred site.
  • As you reach Baroda, check in to hotel and stay overnight.

Day 12: Baroda (Vadodara)

  • After breakfast, get ready for a city tour which will let you explore some of the most prominent historical wonders of Baroda like Sayaji Bag, Nazarbaug Palace, Kirti Stambh and Baroda Museum.
  • Later, drive to Champaner which is a historical village dotted with numerous ancient forts, mosques and other places.
  • Return to Baroda’s hotel room and stay overnight.

Day 13 : Baroda - Mumbai (By Flight)

  • After breakfast, you will leave for Baroda airport and further to Mumbai International Airport to board a flight for your journey ahead.
